The muffler came filthy, with a couple small dents in it. The shipping label was tapped to the tailpipe. It looked as though someone pulled it out of an old dirty barn. Okay product, very poorly shipped!

The packaging was terrible, there was none. Just stickers slapped on the exhaust. With a little bit of bubble wrap on the tailpipe. Glad it fit my CR-V. But disappointed how it came, one hanger needed to be tweaked to be put on.
