Easy install once you get the old one out which can be a challenge (I had to use a cutting tool). The sound is as quiet as the original muffler and the price was the best I could find. You need a new muffler bracket (had to cut off the old one) and a new gasket for the back side which I got cheap at Autozone.

Muffler arrived with several large dents which made it appear like the muffler already had 10k miles on it. Doesn't impact the performance.

Good and fit but doesn’t say in the actual description that it makes your car sound loud as crap so I’ve replaced all of my exhaust trying to fix the noise and low and behold over $1000 later finally a mechanic said it was the muffler.....

The product I received isnt what's in the picture. In the picture, it shows the upstream and downstream portion of the pipe are in the centre of the muffler main body. The one I recieved has the downstream portion off to one side. I hope it works for my SUV. I probably would not have ordered this specific one had I known that.

Product arrived quickly and as described. This was a direct fit on my 2001 escape. Some of the welds were a little ugly but the item seemed to be well built and of a higher quality than the original muffler. I have had it on the vehicle about a month and have no complaints. I would reccomend this product. Make sure to order a new gasket and muffler clamp with this item.

Some idiot (before I got the car) welded the whole darned exhaust system into one piece from the engine heads to the rear bumper, including welding nuts to bolts! This part was a piece of the solution. It fit like it was supposed to and has a very civilized sound (I'm too old for loud pipes!) No problems, just reliable performance.

Got this because stock muffler baffel had come loose and started to rattle inside muffler. Got this a one installed and drove for two days at first it was fine until it eventually started to rattle inside muffler.
