I don’t know how or why but I’m constantly replacing these headsets. They just stop working. I’ve bought several over and over with the same result please look into why this happens.

Was looking for a replacement that as not going to cost me an arm and a leg. This came in the clinch and was able to give it to a friend who needed it for their work. Not much to say, it's a cable that's made from plastic. Not bullet-proof but definitely durable.

Quality was great while the product was working. We work in a factory and the earpiece allowed us to communicate clearly while still being able to hear forklifts horns and other employees. The mic was easy to use. I do wish the earpiece would last longer than 5 days.

Well lets just say the sound quality was bad, like really bad. More static that you can hear than a wool sweater has coming right of the dryer in the fall. Even the microphone on one unit kept getting stuck on VOX even with out the mic button being pressed. These are soooo not worth the time or money you save over a moto brand unit.

Have ordered these twice for our business and had the same issues both times. Could not get more than a week out of one without having issues. Whether it was the ear piece stopped working causing us to not be able to hear anything or the talking piece would stop working. Needless to say the entire order of 4 headsets ended up in the trash in less than a month. Do not recommend to anyone. Spend a little more for a proper replacement.

Love these earpieces... A super duper copy cat for our original discontinued headpieces from Motorola.. Unfortunately after a lot of heavy use they do fail (2-3 months).. but for the price they are amazing.. Have repurchased item 4x already and will continue to repurchase until I find competitors... wish they would replace the ones that stop working.. no help from customer service when complaints have been sent but still love the product!
