All the features work great. seems powerful enough and really quiet. However, the "removable" grab bar, although built well, is not, for all practical purposes, removable. You must bolt it to the unit once you place the bar it it's proper position, and if you want to stand it up for storage, you must unbolt it iand it is too shorti. If you need it to "steady" yourself while using the unit, it feels like you want to fall forward because you must lean over to grab it. I'm an average 5'8", the bar when installed is about 33".So, being a bit creative, I cut the pipe on each side about 8" above the threaded mounting holes. I mounted each section using the bolt to permanently mount those 2 sections to the base. I then found a section of pipe that fit snugly INSIDE the original bar sections , making sure they bottomed out at the bolt weld. then slid the 2 "inside" sections into those mounted sections. found the height that was perfect for me 42", cut those "inner" sections (leaving a lot of the internal bar length long to make it stronger) drilled a hole through both bars (outer and inner) so they hold position. So now, I can remove the grab bar without unbolting it just by lifting the entire grab bar upper section out the bottom mounted section so you can stand it up for storage and reverse for using it again. Don't know why the inventor didn't think of this, would be easy to design a bar that actually could be adjustable to many different heights , just like portable folding tables that have the push button for different positions. Oh well. Works great now.

I'm 5' 4", overweight, and 63 years old with a few hip & knee issues, also some concerns about falling. This treadmill is perfect for what I need and it is at a good budget price point. Safety features I like and that were why I chose this item: it is flat with zero incline, and it has a handle that I can hang onto while I walk. Other nice features: it is small enough to not overwhelm my living room (I have it next to the couch so I can watch tv while walking) and it does not have a complicated menu with all kinds of pre-programmed settings. I just need something where I can easily control the speed and walk for however long I want to, and this treadmill does the job. Like others have noted, the bed may be too short for taller people with a longer walking stride. I have a short stride and still need to be aware to keep my stepping position towards the front of the treadmill. I did find the controls and display took a little bit to get used to at first, but that's just me. It would be perfection if the handle had a hook or something to hold the remote and if the handle folded down for storage, but those in general seem to be features that come with significantly more expensive treadmills. Overall, I would definitely recommend this as a great option for someone looking for a no-frills, safe, and budget-friendly treadmill. I would buy it again.

This treadmill is amazing! It is built very well, and it is sturdy. I purchased one without a bar at first, but I returned it to purchase this one instead. The handle bar made such a difference, and it feels much more safe to use. I’m glad I found this one instead of the first one I bought. This also has a digital display that shows time walked, calories burned, steps taken, speed (it goes up to 3.8 mph) and total distance walked.I definitely recommend this walking pad!

Just got my walking pad 2 days ago and it was so easy to use right out of the box. I had to install handles because I am 70 years old and need the stability. The handles were simple to install. I used today for the first time and it worked great! It is very smooth and quiet.

Not what I expected everything looks fine but than gave bigger issues as the grab bar is way shorter than what is shown in the picture and then they do not want to give a full refund although it is marked as a full refund policy .. why do I want a project with half of my money back .. told me to try reselling and only approve half of the payment. Don't list as a fully refundable item if your not going to fully refund people along with giving them a project.

It's so light and compact yet works like a larger treadmill. It's quite. 10/10 I highly recommend it. Definitely got my money's worth.
