I am very impressed with the walking treadmill. Out of the box, easy to set up and go! The build quality is very good and the Noise level is surprisingly low. Speed goes from .02 to 4.0 mph, which is plenty if you want to walk, jog or run. Another plus is the adjustable incline you control! Once the treadmill is turned on, the remote control handles everything else, speed, incline, pause, with buttons for each! Game changer for my home exercise! Note of importance. The treadmill is not as wide as one that you'd find at a gym, be mindful of that for safety. Also running, stays towards the front to avoid potential slip off the back. If you are going to jog/run I recommend a stationary stand for support. For the manufacturer, I would consider marking the area on the treadmill where one directs the remote to improve visibility to direct the remote.

Awesome treadmill! Easy to bring in the house solo, plug in and go. There is no stability bar, so if that bothers you, be prepared or just don't buy it but its really wonderful. The incline is awesome! Very happy with this purchase

The treadmill arrived and the remote power button was damaged and that is the only way it will run. I tried contacting customer service twice (as per instructions in the manual). No response. So now I need to return. Zero stars for customer service and zero stars for product since it simply did not work.

This is my 2nd walking pad treadmill and I was skeptical about it. My first one worked really well, but didn't have any incline settings. This one does, and I thought it'd be a manual thing that I'd have to set up before, but it isn't, its fully automatic which is amazing. It doesn't seem to have much padding, like my other walking pad but I can honestly say I didn't notice a difference in comfort. The size is likely better suited for someone smaller(I'm 6ft tall) but since I'm used to the shorter belt and it's less width than a normal treadmill it didnt phase me much. That said, when I wasn't used to it with my first pad(which is the same size) it was a struggle to get used to. It provides 3 different levels of incline and various levels of speed, i think it's up to 4mph. I typically over between 3.5 and 3.8 with an incline which provides a good workout. The display shows different things your speed, incline level, calories burned, but it doesn't have a running clock showing seconds. It just shows the minutes as a whole number which I guess isn't a bad thing. The price was about $50 more than i paid for my first walking pad, but I'd say that the auto incline makes it worth it over my original that doesn't have incline.

Easy to set up and get started, and the remote works great. I like that I can tuck it away to store when not in use. The walking pad has plenty of tread and this is much safer way to get steps in when I can't go outside.

Overall, I like this walking pad. It seems solid and all the automated features, especially the adjustable incline, is very convenient. The things I don't like so much are that 1) you can't actually get a 0% incline (the lowest grade setting is actually a 2-3% grade); and 2) the remote only works if you literally have it pointed directly right at the front of the walking pad (so you can't just keep it on your desk, you have to pick it up, hold it under your desk, and make sure you are aiming it exactly right for it to register).
