The delivery service was very fast. I like I the way the hand dryer lights up in the front and cuts off almost immediately once hands are removed. It doesn't keep running. I wish the cord was placed underneath instead of the back. It makes it hard to place flat against the wall. The air doesn't blow as hard as I would like it to.

I have a small half bath and a regular-sized dryer is too noisy. This one is pleasantly quiet and still effective. (Hold your hands flat under the dryer as the picture shows. That dries them more effectively than rubbing them together.)The wall bracket is cheap but adequate. The dryer is light and the finish is perfect except for one minuscule spot that isn't easy to see. The electrical court is good quality. The dryer does stick out a little into my small bathroom, but not objectionally.
