I’d love to rate this lamp higher but it clearly states it’s dimmable and it’s not. I needed a hard wired lamp with a dimmer switch, which is how this one is described, but I received two of these and they only have an on/off switch. If you’re looking for the dimmable version I suspect it’s the one with the cord. I’m not sure why one of the reviewers says their hard wired one is dimmable, but the one I bought and its replacement clearly were not. I ended up buying a dimmer switch and replacing the on/off switch with that and now it dims. Just thought I’d save someone else the time and trouble I went through. Otherwise it’s a cute lamp… I just think they should revise the description.

These were perfect for “bedside/reading” lamps for bunk beds. Look very nice and were easy to install. The dimmer feature is perfect and one of the main reasons I chose these over other options.

I received and installed these lights today. They were made nicely and easy to install. The wood portion was a little light colored so I sanded the sealant off and stained them to match my night stands. The lights look FANTASTIC. The dimmable knob is right where your hand would reach behind your head at the head of the bed, so nicely designed.
