I ourchased this lid because Solo Stove does not sell one separately for the Mesa. It has worked very well, love the style and the little flame on top, and just all around very pleased with this item. I am not sure what the "slippery" reviews are referring to on this item, I have had no issues with this lif being "slippery."

Works great as a cover but the flame is so slippery it’s hard to hold on to when trying to pick up.

This lid will make a great addition to our outdoor fire pit. It will help with keeping rain water out of the fire pit, so that we dont have to wait for the fire pit to dry out to use it. It also looks really sleek sitting on top of the firepit.

There are few things I love more than my mini Jet Puffed Solo Stove and his little flame hat, seriously the cutest thing. It fits perfectly :)

Good quality( could be thicker gauge stainless ) but overall not bad . The flame handle is very heavy and solid, but uses a very small thin screw to attach . Overall should be more than adequate to cover small mesa. I would normally feel this is a little pricy for what it is , but Price is fair compared to what solo wants for there lid/ kit . I took a chance with no prior reviews , but happy with this purchase .
