Easy to put together. Great for our patio under gazebo. Gives off some good light and some nice heat. Less heat when you add the glass around fire. Perfect for summer nights, looking forward to winter nights outside.

The parts were labeled wrong in the box which ended up causing damage to the flat surface. Eventually, I figured it out. However, within a day or two it’s started having issues. The fire would burn for anywhere between one and five minutes, then go out and have to be relighted. I got in touch with product support and they told me I could disassemble and repackage it and send it back for a refund. Obviously, far more of an inconvenience than it’s worth. Ended up putting it at the street for garbageman to pick up. Just gonna buy a namebrand one in the near future
