I used this product to make a sewing table mat with excellent success! I then used it to attach a quilt label before I finished a quilt. Both look great. It’s also a great way to repair or sew hems on pants.Check out Missouri Star Quilts tutorials on how to apply.

I love this product when I bought it from Joann's. However this shipment looked very old. The tape and adhesive was separated and the edges of the tape are all frayed. It is usable, but you do have to work extra hard to use this product.

I used the Steam a Seam to bind a wall hanging quilt I knew would not be washed. Only had to tack a couple of stitches in the corners. I highly recommend this method of binding in lieu of hand stitching the binding if the quilt won't be washed often. I have no idea how many washes the binding could hold through, but it works very well for my needs.
