The road or trail can be hard on the legs and at 05:00 when it's already 90F this stuff is perfect. I've been riding for lot of years and I always use embrocation before a ride to soothe the muscles, protect the skin from the elements and when the weather cools off to warm things up. This stuff is easy to apply, stays put, and does what is says it will. Great hot weather formulation.
