I don’t know if I got a bad batch, or if they were old, but none of the ones I received heated up when they were opened.

I opened 2 and they never heated up. I'm from Florida living in Georgia. Really needed them last night, got down to 17. Couldn't find adhesive, no backing to remove to stick to body.
