It does fit well and is easy to use. Since it is really the only choice for his model Warn - go for it. But wish it was a sturdier material. I have to replace it every few years.

here's the deal , i have two of them now i didn't see it show up in my cart to buy so i ordered it again and this time it showed up in the cart. so i bought it. Little did i no til they delivered them ( 2 ) so i tried to return one and they turn me down , so i'm stuck with two Warn 8274 Winch covers. The first one that came with my winch lasted 30 years. so maybe i can find someone to buy the extra one. there you go. Donn McNealy

Terrible cover mine is a year-and-a-half old and is already starting to come apart the vinyl coating is peeling off the cloth backing. I also experienced the same thing another review reported where it soaks up water and leave the winch soaking wet. I had to disassemble the shaft from the disengage unit as it froze up with the moisture. My old cover was made in USA genuine vinyl and lasted almost three decades too bad they don't make it like they used to.

It's soft and good looking but it doesn't fit perfectly. There's lots of extra unfilled space on both sides of the top that flap in the wind. It's softer than the one I had for the past 20 years, and I don't know if it will hold up for the next 20.

Looks nice, but didn't last long before it started to weathering and cracking. I keep it covered when the Jeep is not being used (yes I put a cover over the cover), and it still started cracking far too soon.
