For the price i expected a better product. Overall work well for a small cloth item like underwear, bras and t-shirt. The lid is way too small and hard to put clothing in.

pros: it's small, it folds flat, it fits a couple small items.cons: the screw lid is fiddly. it doesn't have the nice but patented internal washboard of a Scrubba. it's arguably not better than a foldable wash bucket to get the washing done.3 stars for some functionality. 2 stars down for lack of pizzaz or ability to knock the others out of the park.

Just returned from a long overseas trip and the Waschii was perfect for small things like t-shirts, underwear and socks. Takes up no space in your suitcase. I used Ecos laundry detergent sheets...they worked perfectly.

simply doesn't work, and additionally, gives you another wet thing that due to its design is difficult and time-consuming to dry

I have been wanting a compact laundry system like this for quite a while, specifically for in our travel trailer. We take it out in the fall for hunting a lot and can be gone for a week or more, so having something to easily wash socks and undergarments would be amazing.Unfortunately, this came with absolutely no instructions at all. I tried looking at their website and the product listing, but there was nothing. I eventually end it up looking at some YouTube reviews, and from that I was able to figure out some of it. I added two dirty tea towels, A little under 1 tsp of dry laundry soap, then I filled it up with hot water. I have no idea how much hot water I used, or how much I'm supposed to use, so I just kind of eyeballed it.The lack of instructions also didn't help, and even most of the review videos I saw didn't actually show how to use this. Because there's no texturing on the inside like on a Scubbi, I went with an almost plunger style movement with the bag, as well as a few times picking it up and with one hand on the top one on the bottom rolling it around. I did notice a little bit of water leaking from around the collar /lid, so this definitely isn't something you would want to do inside a living space. After a couple of minutes of movement, I drained out the water and added clean water for a rinse. I will note that the dirty water was visibly dirty. So I had high hopes. After rinsing I wrung them out by hand and hung them to dry. While I did see a reduction in the dirt in the tea towel, it's definitely not clean.I guess if you're out backpacking, mostly clean. Socks are better than dirty socks, but if you need anything heavily soiled cleaned, this definitely won't work for you.I guess I'll get better at using it as time continues, but it just seems really crummy for something like this to not even give me pointers on best use.....

This is one of those things that I didn’t know existed, but I’m so excited to try! I’ve travelled with stinky boys who, by the end of the day, have smelly shirts and socks, and I have wished I had a way to really wash their clothes beyond just soaking them in a hotel sink. Any mother of a teenage boy knows the way that sell just lingers! This pocket sized portable washing bag is such a cool idea and I can think of so many times this would come in handy.Ideal for:SocksUnderwearT-shirtsBaby clothesBibsCloth sanitary padsSmall articles of clothingAs you can see from the images, the opening to the container is not very large, so that is one of its downfalls. It can definitely handle T-shirts, and smaller items suggested in the list above. This would not be a solution for heavy or large articles of clothing, like sweaters or pants. There are similar products on the market, that have a washboard type material in the bottom, which provide a better scrubbing surface. This one does not have a scrubbing, bottom, so some garments may require some manual spot cleaning. I am excited to bring this washing pouch on upcoming road trips, and while camping!

I have pretty stinky feet, so I go through a lot of socks. I often end up washing them in the sink when I don’t have enough to do a full load of laundry, so I was curious if the Waschii would make that job easier. So far, I’ve really been impressed. It’s easy to use; you just put in your laundry, add soap and water, and then move the top up and down to wash your clothes. I wanted to give it a real test, so I pulled five pairs of truly funky socks out of the hamper and popped them inside. I washed them for about 5 minutes, then drained and added more water for a rinse. After that, I did the same washing motion for another 3-4 minutes before draining again. I was amazed that it was able to get rid of 95% of the smell in such a short time.Don’t be tempted to skip the rinse cycle, though. It’s absolutely imperative for getting your clothes clean and removing odours. I don’t think this device would be able to remove any deep stains, but it does a fabulous job for what it is. Even better, it folds up so small and compact that you can take it virtually anywhere.I can’t be sure how durable it will be in the long term, but it feels very well-made. I’ll be sure to update this review if I notice any problems. The only performance issue I’ve noticed is that the cap isn’t all that comfortable to hold during use. I’d like to see them add a better grip in the next model.Though $49.99 is a tad pricey for a product like this, I’m really taken with it. It never hurts to shop around a bit, but this performs very well and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.4.5 stars

I love the concept of the Waschii. I have often slaved over a hotel sink washing my laundry before going to bed when I travel. I feel that the Waschii will make the washing process easier, more efficient, and less messy. Since it packs up so compactly, I have no qualms bringing it with me on travels. However, when I tested this at home, the first challenge I encountered was the opening was very small. It took a bit of slow "feeding" to put in my XL t-shirt, underwear and a pair of socks. The Waschii is able to hold a surprising amount of water but I didn't need to fill it to the brim to get my clothes wet.I emulated the up and down motion shown in the videos and it does feel like the clothes are getting a thorough wash. I didn't use a lot of detergent, but I found the rinsing process challenging - I did two rinses, and it still seemed like the clothes could use another rinse. Unlike washing in a sink where I could totally drain the sink and wring the shirt before rinsing, I didn't pull out the clothes from the Waschii when I changed water, and as a result I don't think it did a good rinse. Then again, it was a bit of a challenge to pull the clothes out of the small opening. I gave the clothes a good wring.I have no clue what is meant in the description by "solar heated". Perhaps it means the water warms up on a sunny day if you do this outside? I read in some of the existing reviews that it's solar heated drying. I don't think even if this was laying out in the sun that if I left the clothes inside they would dry by "solar heat". I'm skeptical anyway. All in all, it works in a pinch and it'll be good to have for long journeys away. It is compact to bring, and it is less messy than handwashing laundry in the sink.

The concept is great, but the opening is about the size of a large mouth water bottle.

I really like this product. It is functional, lightweight, and sturdy. I think it would add to the functionality if the opening was slightly bigger.

I actually got this for another purpose. I wanted a really large ice bag. The ones I've used have been rather small. I saw this and thought I could use it for both purposes.I'm also wondering about using it like a hot water bottle, but so far I haven't seen information on how hot the water can be that goes in this.I'm also sure it will be great for our swimming suits at our yearly beach trip. We are camping so there's no hotel laundry to use. But the camping area does have water spigots so we could totally use this easily. My one complaint is the use of the term 'solar panel'Here's the list straight from the product page describing the contents:‎“Solar Heating Panel”, “Lid/opening/handle”, “Crosshatched Welded Seam”, “Upper Section/Viewing Portal”, “Screwtop base”, “Silicone Seal”, “Screwtop threaded Male Component” “Retaining Strap” “Triple Welded Flexible transition”, “Integrated Multilingual instructions"What you get is what I show in the picture. Just the folded item. There's no solar panel. I guess that means that since the top is see through that the sun can warm it. Or you can flip it over so the black side shows which will absorb heat from the sun. The only instructions are the pictures you see. I guess that makes it multilingual.I do like that the top is attached with a strap so it won't fall off while you're pouring out the water.I'm really hoping this lasts a long time. It folds up small so it can keep out of the way and not get poked unintentionally.

i have only used it a few times since this is not something I would use regularly. It fills the gap when a quick wash is more practical than seeking out a washing machine for a few small items when in a pinch on the road.
