Nicely designed filter. This one I will give 4 stars for now until I can connect it to see how it works. It seems like the necessary parts ate there and doesn't look as though it'll be complicated.I will probably install it on our bathroom sink faucet. That faucet gets alot of calcium build up as you can see in the picture. We'll have to see how this filter performs.

excellent sediment filter. easy to install easy to clean. hooks up to garden hose. great for well systems that may contain sediment.

I got this thinking I would be able to attach it to my washing machine to help filter the water as it goes into wash my clothes. Based on the information in the description the diameter of the connections should have worked but when I receive this they were too small and designed more for a sink connector or a water hose connector for a toilet. I was very disappointed in the fact that that was inaccurate, otherwise I would not have order this item.

This filter is made for the washer. It has a tight mesh and filters big bits. Nice see through filter so you know when to take it apart and dump out the junk.

I wanted to like this but there are not much instructions on how to put it It is a base that's short and I believe I needed one that's longer. If there was a manual or I can have somebody hook it up so I cannot test for the water filtration system the tube gasket part seems a little cheap It doesn't seem sturdy but that doesn't mean that it doesn't work It just doesn't work for my purposes.

3 stars because this filter does seem to be good quality. It also comes with several washers, and the installation seems easy and straightforward. However, it doesn't fit anything, not one single water connection, in my whole place. I tried the hot water heater, washing machine, kitchen sink, bathroom sink and even the toilet. It doesn't fit anything and they are all standard sizes. The size of the connections isn't listed on the site so there's now way to know for sure what will fit, and I don't feel interested in buying additional adapters to make it work.
