I recently installed the ANDOLL HOME Water Timer for Garden Hose with 2 outlets to keep my new front yard landscaping properly watered, and it works great. The setup was straightforward, and the brass swivel connector made attaching it to the faucet secure and leak-free. Programming the watering schedule was intuitive, allowing me to set different times for each zone, which is perfect for managing both my flower beds and lawn. The rain delay feature works well, preventing unnecessary watering during wet weather. I also like the manual watering option for those times when I need a quick sprinkle without altering the set schedule. Overall, this timer has made maintaining my garden much more convenient and efficient.

This two outlet water times allows you to set the exact specification of when/how you want to water. First you set the current time, in military time. Then you set how often you want the water to run, from 1-59 minutes, 1-23 hours or 1-7 days. Then you set how many minutes you would like the water to run from 1-300 minutes. Then you set the start time for you cycle to start in military time. Each of the two outlets can be set with different parameters. Then you set the dial to "auto" and your program with run. You can also turn the dial to "off" if you don't want it running. Or you can press the "manual" button to turn the water on now and set it to 1-300 minutes. You can also set a "rain delay" to push your program back 1-7 days. The supply hose connection at the top brass and the two hose connections below are plastic. The batteries are changed by opening a pressure compartment at the back, so no screw drivers are needed. I use this to connect my drip irrigation system, so watering is automatic. Overall, a great product to make watering easy.

It only uses 24 hour clock so no am or pm. Clock and time set up a bit of a hassle. Good size knob with intuitive design. One key pad wit multiple functions instead of separate buttons. It goes dark like a power saver mode. It came with batteries which is nice.

I've used quite a few of these water timers, and this one was by far the most intuitive I've seen. I did not need to consult the manual even once! That's good, because it wasn't too detailed, but it didn't need to be.The timer function works well, and the connectors are heavy-duty with no leaks. You get a pack of rubber rings to make sure of that. There are two separate watering connectors, left and right, that you can program to be watered at different times, so this timer can replace two separate timers that only have one output.I'd give this timer a good recommendation, except for two things. First, it is extremely costly, twice as much as other similar timers, so it isn't a good value. Second, it is very limited in functionality in one specific but relevant way: Unlike most other timers, you cannot set different watering programs to occur at different specific times. All you can do is set the one primary time to water, and also, a periodic repeat. So, you can set the watering to occur at 8AM, and also every 12 hours, so it'll run at 8PM too. But you cannot configure it to water at, say, 8PM, noon, and 6PM. Most other timers have this ability - generally they offer 3 separate program times that can be configured that way.For these two reasons, although this timer works fine and is easy to use, there are other options out there that provide much better value for money, so shop around.

The unit is quite sturdy, with a brass faucet connector and two water outlets. The battery cover pulls off (no screw driver needed), is quite waterproof and the batteries came pre-installed. The box came with two male standard quick connect adapters for the outlets. There was also a coupler that I think is an optional flow restrictor. The unit has a port for an optional (not included) rain detector. Each of the two outlets can be programmed separately, and they can overlap so while one outlet is watering, the other can be simultaneously watering automatically based on a different setting. The programs are single event and easy to set, by selecting L or R outlet and turning the dial from “how often,” “how long” and “start time.” The clock does not track days, so you would have to set the program on the day you want to start, but the “how often” time can be in minutes or up to 7 days.I found this unit quite useful because I connected my drip watering system to one outlet, set the time and it waters even when I am using the other outlet to wash the car or clean the deck.

This is a nice garden watering timer, especially with its ability to control two separate zones. That’s great if you want to cover more ground without overloading water pressure through a single line. The controls are straightforward and easy to use, similar to most timers in this category—nothing confusing or overly complicated. That said, the packaging raised some eyebrows. The box wasn’t taped shut and was loosely closed when it arrived, which made me suspect it may have been a return. Inside, the filter wasn’t installed in the faucet connector, and instead there was just a standard rubber gasket. Not a dealbreaker, but a little odd.I also received two identical halves of what looked like quick-connect couplers, but they were both the same side—neither of them useful on their own. One had a threaded insert that turned the female connector into… another female connector? It served no purpose that I could figure out. And if there were supposed to be more parts (like the other halves of the quick connects), I suspect they fell out somewhere in transit.Thankfully, none of that is required to use the timer, and the actual function of the product has been reliable so far. But the packaging and mystery parts leave a bit to be desired in terms of confidence.Bottom line: A good, functional dual-outlet timer with standard, easy-to-use controls—but keep an eye on what you receive, especially if the packaging looks tampered with.
