In theory it is a good idea for the book and the paints. I thought it was watercolor paper drawings. The paper is slick not watercolor paper.

I am so dissapointed. This is a beautiful book, but the paper it is printed on is so awful there is no way you can watercolor on it. The paint juts rolls right off. It is not watercolor paper at all. I love the drawings, but I will have to trace them, find other paper, and do all of the things I thought I could avoid by purchasing a workbook. Definitely not worth it.

Such a great idea, but the paper throughout is glossy, which is not conducive to watercolor at all.

This is NOT a watercolor workbook; the pages are some kind of plastic material, very thin, does not absorb paint, not water color paper at all. Paint box arrived dented.
