We love this water filter! I've noticed a difference in taste depending on the brand of replacement filter, and found the one I like best. It's seriously the cleanest most hydrating water I've ever had. We use it for drinking, making tea, cooking ramen, etc.There was an odd issue with my Waterdrop after 6 months of very heavy use. Customer service was excellent. Went above and beyond what I expected. Received a replacement unit in just a few days!Highly recommended!

I purchased the white and clear water purifier and I love it! I have had it for several weeks and the water tastes great and it works just like it should. No more lifting heavy canisters to get the clean water. I have not had to charge it yet. I recommend this product.

It is very easy to set up everything. I enjoy the way the water drops in my glass. The water is delicious. I believe the filter is doing its job excellent.

Water dispenser has a long battery and filter life and works great. Because it is battery powered it is very convenient for travel and for moving around when needed!

Stopped working on day 3, as though battery died, but I really liked it before that. Called customer service, which was such a hassle. First, he told me that it needed a new filter. I asked how is that possible when the filter was used only 3 days but estimated to be used for 90 days? I had kept track and only used 7 gallons. Then he asked me if the issue is the charging cord or not. I told him I don't know, that I used the cord that came with it, as well as other cords we have since it fits phone cords, but none charge it. He asked me about the type of cords, like the wattage or voltage, so I read him what the cords said and he told me I don't seem to understand him. I asked him what information he wants, and he said never mind. He kept asking me the product name, so I kept reading him the product name off of the Amazon title since I no longer had the box. He kept saying that doesn't help because they have a lot of products, then named off various products. I kept explaining that the names he used were not obviously connected to my product. I read him what I could find on the product, as well as on the Amazon description. He kept signing and treating me like I was stupid, explaining more slowly that they have various products. I kept telling him I can only give him the Amazon description and that if his system doesn't label products the same that I don't know how to help. I asked him if I can email him a picture of the product and a screenshot from Amazon, but he told me that wasn't necessary. He asked me about the color for the 10th time. He said he would have someone contact me via email. After well over an hour of talking to him on the phone, facing his condescending attitude, I felt very frustrated that he seemed to have a hard time understanding that I was not making up a description but simply reading him the title and descriptive info from online. Since I was facing a lot personally, with my son returning home from a ruined trip with Covid and packing up the whole house by myself for a move while taking care of 7 puppies and my other animals and my young daughter while still going to work every day, when I opened the email and saw it was going to be more round and round I just gave up. I threw the water filter and container away. My sons and daughter never liked it anyway, convinced that it turned on for them but not off so spilling quite a few times--and this was an 8, 18, and 22 year old so not just little kids. It was a little finicky, but I learned it likes the entire finger tip over the sensor, not too quickly, and to stop before filling the glass too near the rim in case I needed to try a second time to turn it off. It fills the glass slowly. But I really liked the look and the concept

UPDATE: from 3 to 5 stars, solely based on the customer service, Harper reached out and discussed the issue I was having, and they did an amazing job with the communication and making it right.PREVIOUS: The charge on this lasts a long time. The water comes out super filtered and easy to drink the only complaint that I have is the button sometimes doesn’t work so it just keeps flowing unless we press it a bunch of times to turn off.

I received this water dispenser from Waterdrop and it was very well packaged . Everything was included but the charging cable was missing. I called customer service at Waterdrop and they were very easy to get ahold of and assured me that a new cable would be on the way. Since it was on a Saturday it would be shipping during normal business hours.Since then I have received emails from customer service letting me know that they were sending me 2 charging cables. Customer Service Rep , Krystal , has been especially nice contacting me with updates and thanking me for my patience , which I must say is unusual for this kind of support from a company to give a customer this kind of service shows they are really committed to going above and beyond the norm when all I did was make one call requesting a charging cable..I have been very impressed with how this company operates and Krystal has been wonderful to deal with !!! The waterdrop dispenser looks great as well, I chose the glass dispenser , look forward to using it and the cord is on it's way !!!

Got it way earlier that should be. Easy to use, nice looking and water taste great.1st big glass of water was dark color, so i pushed 5 big glasses to be sure that water going nice and clear.Have no any aftertaste after filtration of water. Great product.
