This is THE BEST TASTING WATER EVER! I don’t know what we were missing until we got this installed and did a taste test. Tap water is so gross, and even the brita had a difference for sure! Highly recommend! No need to buy water bottles or brita filters anymore!

Our Waterdrop X8-Alkaline Mineral arrived without any indication it was the Alkaline Mineral version. A quick call to Waterdrop’s excellent customer support (after 5pm on a Friday) told us we had the correct model as it had the F1A filter, “A” being for Alkaline. The next day, my son and I began connecting the X8 to our refrigerator using the WD-XT mini pressure tank and the LED UV Ultraviolet Filter (purchased separately), WITHOUT installing the Smart Faucet that came with the unit. Every fitting and part necessary for installing all three components were included. During the installation, we questioned whether we needed to use the included distribution valve, as we were not connecting the Smart Faucet. A quick call to Peter at Waterdrop customer support (on a Saturday afternoon) told us the distribution valve was optional for our installation. At the completion of the install, upon initial start up, the system runs itself for +/- 30 minutes (or about 8 gallons) to rinse everything and purge air from the system. The system works great with the refrigerator, and the water tastes wonderful!

As the title says the water does taste great, installation was easy enough following directions and we bought the extra kit to hook it up to the fridge. My only issue with it so far is the error 4 happens more often than I would like. There is no issues with connections or kinks or pressure but it still goes into the error.

I ordered this WX800 RO filter after doing my research. I highly recommend it. My wife didn’t want to lose the under a counter space so I mounted it in the basement directly under the kitchen sink. They sent me at no charge an extension cord to the water faucet display.It fills my coffee pot before I can change the coffee filter so no problem with flow rate. I think this company is top-notch.

My friends got the g3p600 earlier, I opted for this unit just for the convenience of the built-in alkaline filter for better tasting water. Installation was straightforward, no leaks, no issues, water taste just fine. Only have to remember to let it run 15 to 20 seconds in the morning to take care of the tds creep. So far so good, will see if it holds up down the road.

The water tastes amazing. Our family loves it. Very easy install. Only bummer is how loud it is when purging the system after you get water. About 15mins after you use it, it makes a pretty loud humming noise. Manufacture says it’s normal, so time will tell.

Vivimos en Terrassa, dónde el agua no se caracteriza por su buen sabor si cabe, tiene mucha cal, cloro, etc.El montaje es fácil e intuitivo, no hay que ser un manitas para poder realizarlo. ( en 15 minutos montado). Vienen todos los tubos, tornillos, etc por separado. Hay videos en Youtube , etc.De 550 tdn ha pasado a 24 Tdn sin filtro remineralizador y 40 tdn con filtro remineralizador.El sabor es simplemente igual que la de agua embotellada.Este modelo es de 5 etapas por flujo directo, lo que no malgasta el agua comparado con otros aparatos, no usa bidón ( no se acumula suciedad) , te indica cuando tienes que cambiar filtros. Sin duda es de lo más práctico del mercado. La osmosis deja el agua sin ningún componente, por lo que aconsejo montar un filtro REMINERALIZADOR de la misma marca Waterdrop entre la salida y el grifo para que le aporte al agua minerales, potasio saludables para la salud , siendo así dee 6 etapas, también hay filtros iónicos o ultravioletas ( no necesario si el agua proviene de la mina de agua).El filtro de remineralización por ósmosis inversa selecciona materiales naturales para restaurar minerales como el calcio, el magnesio, el sodio, el potasio, etc. Tomar esta agua mineral de ósmosis inversa, a largo plazo, ayudará a evitar enfermedades crónicas, retrasar el proceso de envejecimiento, y mejorar la digestión y la inmunidad
