This watering can spray head is too small for my two-gallon can and too large for my one-gallon. It leaked badly on the one gallon before falling off.

Delivery was good, came right away. This "universal" head was very difficult to get over the spout of my watering can. Had to use multiple longnose pliers and then to make sure it didn't pop off I put duct tape around the bottom of neck. The diameter of this universal head was 3/4", whereas all of my watering cans had a 1" nozzle. I have used the watering can with the new replacement head once and so far it has not leaked.

When purchasing an item like this, the goal is to get it to fit very tightly. The manufacturers would do themselves a favor if they instructed you to soak the connection end in hot water for a couple of minutes, then stretch over top of the watering can opening spout.Works GREAT.I'm not in any way affiliated, or receiving anything free for this message.

I am so happy it fits my watering can, amazon hints the products are high return rate, but if your watering can spout is 2 cm or 2.1cm, the product will perfectly fit on it. I believe nobody will return it. Having good quality, it extends my luxury watering can usage.

Unfortunately this did not fit my old watering can. But, that was my fault for not paying attention. The reason I gave it five stars is I found it is a perfect fit for a two-liter soda bottle, which really works better for my needs.
