I don't know if it states that it is or not, but it is not waterproof. It is water resistant. But if it rains and you don't clear the water off, the water will seep through. It is good quality and fits my boat fine. It was a good buy. And was worth the price.

i have a Bass Hound 10.3 and although I had a cover for it I decided to give this one a try. The original cover was difficult to install and I had to remove the seats , rod holders and trolling motor in order to use it. This cover fits easily over all of that. It is exactly what I was looking for and costs much less than my original cover. It has rained for the last two days and my boat is dry as a bone.

At first I thought it was great , with the bungee fitted bottom it grips right on there..but after the first heavy rain my boats full of water...and there's no holes it in the cover...I have no idea how the water got through...

This cover fits my Bass Pro Shops Pond Prowler 10 perfect.I have a raised seat on my front casting deck and the cover is not tight. Perfect fit!I've seen several reviews about the cover ripping, tearing or fading. Well, for the price you get what you pay for. Just purchase another one folks or buy a more expensive one that will last.I am extremely happy and satisfied with this cover. If it does rip, tear or fade, I'll purchase another one.It was easy to install. The quality is perfect. The value for the money is spot on.I just received it yesterday so I can't review the waterproofness. It appears stable enough for my needs.I will purchase another if it gets damaged.

I was a bit worried this would be the wrong size. It is perfect. My Pelican Bass Raider is 10.2 feet long. With both chairs in the boat folded down, the cover fits perfectly and creates a domed effect to help water run off. Highly recommend.

Cover fits nicely on Bass Raider, but it is NOT water proof. Boat filled up with water after first rain, despite cover being in place. Very disappointing, and useless if you plan on storing boat outside.
