Wired into my lawn mower. Read voltage on initial install, but wouldn't allow more than 1 volt through to the relay. Then stopped working completely. Complete waste of money.

I purchased this Green, DC Voltmeter for my 2004 Nissan - Sentra 1.8S Car to monitor my batteries voltage. I have a car audio system that will kill the battery fast if I play music without running the car & this DC voltmeter works great. It is plenty bright anuff to read the display in direct sunlight & not too bright at night to distract you while driving from green glow in your eyes. I used hole saw & cut a hole in my dash & wire it up to a heavy duty toogle switch & ran it to the keys power so even if the switch is turned on, it will not get power to it unless the key is turned on. Well worth every single penny in my opinion & recommend this product to anyone.

Only around 7 ma (.007 A) of current draw. Other voltmeters I have purchased have had up to 30 ma (.030 ma) of current draw.A 30 ma constant draw would take about two weeks to cause a no-start condition.A 7 ma current draw would take about eight weeks before seeing a no-start condition.I installed this voltmeter on my motorcycle so I can monitor the voltage while it is parked and while I am riding.Easy to see in the daylight. With only 7 ma of current draw, the battery is in no danger of being discharged while it is sitting in the garage for a few weeks.

It works perfectly and is very compactI use it on racecar with trunk mounted batteryAnd installed it on outside bumper its eazy to keep a eye on battery voltage so I don’t have to open trunk.
