Installation took 20 minutes; should have taken 5 or less.The first installation screen said I had no internet connection. This is the only software that I've installed in decades that would not recognize my internet connection.Initially my Malwarebytes would not allow it to load. I had to enter an "exception." The only program I've loaded in decades that could not pass muster with Malwarebytes.Next it would not accept the Serial Number.It required me to go the the RT Systems website to activate. The thing required triple authentication causing me to believe that RT Systems believe Hams are a bunch of software pirates require them to make their software into Fort Knox.Also, I owned this software for a different radio 10 years ago. It's user interface has not changed - in a decade! It is still just a glorified spreadsheet out of the 80's.
