When you have an issue there is no one to help.Tried online support. After learning that the product is out of warranty, they simply direct you to online resources that leads no where and keep asking if they can finish the conversation.

Although the Cloud Home Personal Cloud Storage was never a very good product (complicated via online access) it had the merit of permitting slow centralised storage.Less than a year after paying a high price for the WD personal cloud storage, Western Digital stops providing the service for personal cloud storage. I now have a very very expensive external hard disk that can only be accessed via my home router.No refund, no excuses on their part.This is not acceptable.

1. NOT an SSD drive (very slow)2. Keep disconnecting frequency3. Sometimes, it takes a day to reconnect again4. Files missing; after completing copying the files5. 90% of the time can't be accessed out of network.What do you want more...

Skönt att a eget cloud i egen regi, och smidigt att kunna komma åt allt från alla enheter och varifrån som helst oavsett märke etc......, kan inte lova fler stjärnor direkt...., måste ju använda en tid men gissar på att den kan både bli en stjärna till som en enhet till med tiden....
