Size medium fits well for 32DD. I like that the top can be tightened effectively. I often have issues with strapless bikini tops because I need a medium or large for the cup size, but then end up with them being too big around my chest and no ability to tighten sufficiently. That's definitely not an issue here.I did notice that on the white, you can visibly see the liner when the suit is dry (I haven't worn it in the pool yet but I would assume that it will be even more obvious when wet). I think the liners will need to be removed, though obviously it will be too see-through then, so a set of Cakes (or something similar) will be needed.

This was perfect for our last vacation. It arrived quickly and it was exactly as advertised. Top fits well and with the adjustable tie, makes for easy adjustment. I needed help to get it tied in a way that didn't "squish" the girls, but once I had help, it looked okay. I only wanted this top for tanning without straps - and it was perfect for this. I can't address swimming or moving in any active way, as I only laid on a chair in the sun. But! for this purpose it was wonderful :)

I am a 38D and generally hate wearing strapless tops because I prefer more containment but I was wearing a strapless gown for my sons wedding and couldn’t wear straps. This was comfortable, stayed on ands held the girls up well!
