I purchased two of these items from Amazon, one for my Toyota SUV and the other for my wife’s Subaru SUV.I opened up both and discovered that the one for my wife’s Subaru was missing a retainer clip, the bolt that is attached to the clip and two washers. I opened the other box and everything seems to be included.I contacted Weather Tech and their customer support said they couldn’t send me hardware replacement and that I needed to send the entire package back to Amazon for a refund then reorder another one if I wanted to replace it.No thanks, Weather Tech customer support was not very helpful at all and actually blamed Amazon for the missing pieces inside the package!I explained to her that the box arrived taped, it wasn’t broken open and when I opened the huge box and removed the bug/rock deflector it was sealed in plastic and there was nothing moving around inside the box.I corrected the customer support person and said the package was missing parts and this had to have happened when the product was put together at their end…Amazon only delivered the package they didn’t package it!
