SBR neoprene provides maximum heating potential for effective results. When it’s time for a new liner, simply remove the old one and purchase a SBR neoprene or Flex Foam replacement liner and save the expense of buying an entirely new neck sweat. I LOVE the collar. It is a great combination of the leather for durability and the neoprene for sweating. It does work very well!
