String is thick and breaks easily. Every 2-3 mins I had to pop off the cap to pull more out. The first spool threaded itself together so badly I can’t undo it. The cap snapped after the 3rd or 4th time needing to adjust the string and the whole thing is useless now. Seemed like a great deal with the inclusions but a massive waste of money due to basic parts not being usable.The battery life was fine. Doesn’t matter when the rest doesn’t work.

This was very easy and light weight to use...however I am unable to find the replacement spool line...so the weed eater is now useless!!!

Frustrating to operate. String will not advance. Holder pops off and tangles string, ruining 3 spools so far. I would never order this product again. Worthless junk

Missing instruction manual…many details are needed to assemble and operate! It does not have a website either to refer to…”learn by doing the wrong thing”…! Frustrating!If one has never had one…forget it! Be ready fora humbling experience.Otherwise, it seems well designed. Not heavy also.

Easy to assemble, easy to use, easy to clean, works great, powerful, plenty of power, and not too heavy for a female gardener. I bought lots of extra string and fast rechargeable batteries, one in total, and it lasted so long that I got the whole yard done with just one. I am very happy with this purchase.

So far I am very happy with this product. It is light weight and easy to use. Unless you have a large yard, the battery life is adequate for most jobs. The battery takes (45-60 minutes) to charge but there is plenty of time to recharge tomorrow. Value for money.
