Don't waste your money after 4' of grass trimming the square end with the wire broke off so went into the garage and changed to the plastic blade and after 2' the blade broke too. At this rate I'd have to spend every 5 minutes changing the end piece and going through all the plastic blades and wire pieces in one trimming and after that the item becomes useless!

This is a very powerful electric weed wacker, so I highly recommend wearing proper safety gear when using it.The two battery packs are great for covering a large yard or getting through a full day of work. The alloy saw blade makes clean, precise cuts along the edges of the yard. The length can be adjustable, too.It comes with several attachment options, so be careful to install them in the correct direction. I’ve shared a few photos of how to install the plastic and nylon blades, since the user guide didn’t include them.I also used it for a quick plant trim, and it did an excellent job!

I have suspicions that the product may have been tried out and returned. Most of the parts includings nuts, bolts, trimmer parts, gloves looked like someone just dumped them into the box it was shipped in. The safety glasses were broken. Nothing was neatly packaged. I suppose you if have a neatly manicured backyard, this product will suffice, but don't count on it to tackle a major weed problem. It hacks through as best it can, but clogs frequently. and that runs down the battery.

I haven’t actually used it yet but here are my comments so far. First I love how light it is. Also how the cutting head can swivel and how the pole telescopes in and out. I think the wheels will be great. The instructions could use improvement. They say to remove the screws that hold the shield but it was in a bag. (They said screws but there is only one). I first attached the orange shield before I realized you use either that or the black one that holds the wheels. When I went to remove the screw to put the wheels on, the screw would not come back out. I finally got it out by using a drill bit slightly smaller diameter than the screw and drilling the end of the screw. The downward force and rotation of the drill unscrewed it. Luckily I had a spare M5 barrel head screw to replace it. Please note the screw does not need to be tight. Its function is to prevent the shield from rotating to keep it secured. Just screw it in loosely and you should be fine. My only other complaint is that the batteries do not have a state of charge meter like most do. You can’t measure the voltage from the charge port but you can measure it from the tool contacts. One of my batteries is taking an inordinate amount of time to reach full charge. So far I don’t regret the purchase.

Cheaply made, but does the job. I have a southern lawn, being in south Florida, perhaps the grass and weeds are too tough; wouldn’t be the first trimmer to have difficulty…
