Cheap and accurate, these are my favorite sensors by far. I love the fact that they can be daisy chained and each reports temp with its own identifying number. Great little sensors!

J'ai l'habitude des DS18B20, mais ce modèle ne doit pas être compatible "PAR", c'est à dire qu'il faut absolument connecter le VCC pour que le thermomètre fonctionne. Il n'est pas OneWire compatible.

These sensors function as described, however they are not waterproof. DS18B20s probes usually have a black resin or sealant where the cabling enters the probe body. These units have a insufficient amount of some kind of uncured white sealant that was still gunky when recieved. My sensors failed within minutes after being immersed in water. I managed to seal my other units with glue, but buyers should be aware THESE SENSORS ARE NOT WATERPROOF OUT OF THE BOX.

I hooked these up to a Raspberry Pi Pico by crimping on some duponte connectors and putting a 4.7kOhm resistor between the power and data line. So far so good. When I measured my temperature, it said I'm 97F, so seems to be within a tolerance of accurate. I didn't test off anything else, but I'd assume I'm about 98.6F? It seems consistent in measurement and produces a smooth graph when sampling every 30 seconds measuring the heat of fermentation. The probe itself responds really fast when held in my hand. When sampling every second, I can see it rise almost in real time. It takes about 30 seconds to go from room temperature to an 'accurate' body temperature reading.
