I added these to my 3x3 rogue monster rack. It already had weight pegs, so I could compare/contrast (in the image attached, this peg was the top one, and the stock one was below). The stock weight pegs have a bigger inner screw, which hold the load, and they have a collar to offset the weight from the rack. That being said, these have a good amount of threading inside the peg so the screw sits securely, and the welds look solid. In the description it says it could be used as safety arms but I would not try that. I threw on 3 45lb plates on the peg and it felt secure.

These can be used for many things other than just holding weight plates. They can also be used as barbell holder in place of J-cups for storage (if you add clamps to keep the barbell from rolling off), dip bars or pull up bars (if facing together and close enough), a place to rest your foot on for doing Bulgarian split squats and who knows what else. All of the pictures shown are using these on a 3 x 3 half rack with 1" hole spacing except the second picture (orange rack) which is a 2 x 2 rack with 1" hole spacing. I wanted to show that it fits any rack with 1" hole spacing. These are easy to use (just twist on and twist off to remove). No matter which rack I tried they are very secure. These have super long heavy duty screw on bolts and two large washers for each weight plate holder (there are two pairs of weight plate holders). If you are looking for something for any of the uses I have listed above then this makes sense to purchase since even when not in use they take up very little space.

Solid materials and connects to my squat rack perfectly. good for storage or just extra weight on free standing models. Would purchase again. I would suggest a longer bolt though.

These are heavy duty plate rack bars that come with an equally heavy duty bolt and washer set to keep them secured. They’re designed to be attached to a metal frame, the kind common in gyms and used for most machines, but I plan on building my own weight rack and using steel and wood in the construction. I’ll be utilizing the same perforated metal, just with a wood frame beneath. I don’t have a ton of weights, but I have enough that I need a place to keep them organized and easily accessible. Since I haven’t built my weight rack yet, I have no pictures of the product, and I can’t show you anything that isn’t already in the post. That said, these are exactly as advertised. They’re well-constructed, with a nice powder-coating paint job. A plastic cap on one end keeps out dust, debris, and moisture, and the threaded end has a metal cap welded in place for the same purpose.I have total confidence in them, and I definitely recommend these plate racks.

These are great! Soooo much cheaper than buying from the big gym brand guys. And heavy duty. The 1” version I’m sure will hold anything you throw at it. You might even need a bigger adjustable wrench than you currently own, and chances are really good you don’t own a socket that will fit the giant bolts! They take very little space on the rack and nice clean look. Five stars.

In the photo- I placed 230 lbs on the weight post and it had no issues (4 45s, 2 35s, and a 70lb kettlebell). I’m confident it could hold wayyyy more. Probably more than what you could realistically hold on the thing. It’s pretty straightforward. It’s a long bolt that threads into a threaded metal pipe. There were no manufacturing defects in any of the four posts I had and I’m very happy with the way that these turned out.I probably should’ve gotten ones that are dropping in because I want to have the option to use them as handles for Hatfield squats or other various movements, but I will probably end up using these to build a belt squat from a leftover post because I have them and they’re so strong. The bolt is long so it’s not realistically something you would want to remove and put back on every workout but in my test demonstration I didn’t use a wrench to tighten it down and I still had zero issues so it is definitely possible if you don’t want it to be permanent fixture to where you need tools to take it on and offSo if you’re looking for a rack, attached post
