My son wears a size 7/8, and the medium fits him well. Maybe slightly looser than I wanted for a compression jacket but I didn’t want it to be too small. He likes the way the weights and jacket feel and is delighted with how “normal” it looks for use in the classroom. My only suggestion would be maybe some Velcro or something to keep the weights in more securely? I worry they’ll get misplaced at school when the jacket inevitably gets slung around.

This product is for my friend child who is autistic but this jacket is to small. She is 12 years old. I returned this but they send me but the same size again.
