Great weld on clevis mounts for shackles. I ground the coating off them and welded them to a bumper I made on my Acty works as intended solid steel

After looking at the photos and reviews, I thought these would be machined, and that's why I did purchase these. Upon arrival, these are not like the pictures on the listing. The ones I received are NOT machined, and are painted silver, not really best for welding applications. Also, the surface that is supposed to be against what you are welding it to has a step so it won't sit square. I'm returning these and will find a different seller that has machined parts.

The D-ring holders are well made. They are properly beveled to accommodate welding to a bumper. They welded on easily and look great.

Attached 2 to a heavy wall brush bumper. Or moose bumper as we call them in Alaska. Had no hook point on the old Suburban before now. Good steel.

These are super high quality. They aren’t even plasma or water jet cut. They are freaking machined! $16 for a pair is a steal!

I stumbled across these when I was considering building my own rear bumper with swing out tire carrier. I wanted a hard mounting point for shackles. These were a lot easier than trying to bore through the stuff myself. Overall, these made the project that much easier.
