I ordered this for my iron I dropped and bent the tip. The surprise was they sent me 5 instead of one for the stated price. I am sure I did not read far enough into the description. Nice to have spares and they fit perfectly

Should be zero star. This part was supposed to be packed with a separate order and it wasn't. The part was important for a job over the weekend and I'm told that nothing can be done until Monday. Lost time and money.
