I think this is a great value for the price. The chain looks and feels like good quality and the lobster clasp is very sturdy. It looks great holding my pendants.

This chain is beautiful and perfect for my wife. She was very happy when she opened the beautiful box it came in and saw that i had replaced the chain she had broken. not only is this chain stronger then the one that was replaced but its better quality. I bought this gold chain for our granddaughter to put a gold cross on it, she never takes it off, she is rough and the chain it so far very sturdy.

Very nice chain. I purchased it in the 20 inch. Sturdy but not huge. I wear it 24/7. LOVE a lobster claw clasp.This will hold up nicely. Highly recommend.

The shipping was very fast. The gold itself is very bright and sparkly. In the description it said it was supposed to weigh 2.2 grams but when I received it it weighed 2.9 grams which was great. It was exactly what I was looking for and it fits great.

This item was ordered late at night 5/9 for my wife for Mother's day 5/12. I selected the fastest "free" Prime shipping option, best delivery was 5/14 Monday - so it was going to be a day late, for Mother's day - BUT Early Saturday Afternoon 5/12 - it was Post Office at my door with my Package 2 DAYS EARLY and in time for Mother's day presentation..Amazing Customer Service from Wellingsale..The necklace is absolutely gorgeous. The Wellingsale Brand has an amazing selection their prices are generally comparable with other vendors, although some items are slightly higher priced, but IMO their superior quality, craftsmanship, selection and unique warranty offsets their sometimes slightly higher price differences (I'm a bit OCD when it comes to making purchases especially with items I am unfamiliar with and/or are over a certain $$$ amount, this item qualifies for both conditions. After deciding what type of chain necklace, material, length, style - I spent several hours with brand/price comparison. After researching the various brands, reading through dozens of customer reviews, comparing product specifications, manufacturers descriptions/warranties/return policy, company history and looking closely at pictures provided, I decided to give Wellingsale a try.I was impressed not only by their warranties and product pictures/descriptions but also their selection which blows away the competition (on Amazon website in particular) - and by the range of products they sell - most of the other gold chain jewelry sellers (on Amazon specifically) sell chains only within a specific price range & limited selection - Wellingsale has an extremely wide price range, ranging in price from a couple of hundred up to several thousand dollars depending on length and width (which translates to overall weight in grams). Their prices are consistent across their product line (divide advertised price by the weight of the chain without clasp = cost per gram) and they are one of the only sellers that consistently provide detailed specifications about their product, materials, weights & measures, that all appear to be very accurate.They also answer customer questions accurately and honestly from what I read, indicates a good knowledge of their product line along with product descriptions that are not vague or misleading - I've read other sellers descriptions trying to pass along what clearly is a 14K hollow gold chain (based on weight & price) as solid gold. A savvy consumer can easily tell by looking at the price and weight of the chain itself without clasp, that the item is not solid gold. If the deal looks too good to be true it probably is, the price of gold is at an all time high - and it is the price per gram of gold that drives the price of the chain, so, if a 22", 3mm chain is selling for under $200 and weights 2 to 3 grams - IT IS NOT SOLID GOLD, just compare to another SOLID gold 22", 3mm chain and you'll see 5 to 6 grams weight and closer to $350.- I think the incorrect answers from the sales people are not given maliciously, IMO it is just confusion on the part of the seller and/or buyer also the use of vague terminology describing how the piece was constructed (Solid vs Hollow vs Flattened vs Filled vs plated, also does weight include clasp?)The variety at all levels offered by Wellingsale brand is incredible - in several cases - with the more popular designs - they would offer the same chain not only in 6 different lengths, but 5 or 6 different widths, hollow, solid, flattened, white, yellow or bi-color and tri-color gold (gold & white or gold, white and Rose), 14K or 10K - Amazing selection at a wide range of prices, all driven by the weight of the gold. Half the challenge is finding the specific chain design you want using the web site search engine.The quality of the packaging - double boxed - cardboard exterior box, plush/padded interior box, chain itself under a magnifying glass, is almost perfect, haven't found any imperfections in the links, the white gold points that join the yellow gold links glitter in such a way that from a slight distance, look like small diamonds in-between the links. Very highly polished, fit and finish is near perfect. Lobster Clasp is as expected, the best clasp available for strength and ease of operation.The Only thing that I am puzzled about (and part of the reason why it took me longer than expected to "hit the Buy Button") is why there are so few customer reviews for this brand in general (This is the First review for this particular chain)?? What am I missing? To me, this should be one of the best selling brands based on quality alone. Value wise they are not the least expensive brand (also not the most expensive either) but they price within the same range of other suppliers and IMO their warranty, overall quality, design, workmanship, & packaging, places this company well ahead of their competitors. Not to mention great customer service, so far, (by getting package to me in time for Mother's Day at no additional shipping cost and without me having to ask or jump through hoops)......See Picture of actual product received - keep in mind only a small portion of the chain is showing in this picture (it is 22" long, 3.1mm wide) - trying to show the inner box as well.Highly RecommendedChris
