Not sure if this cap and rotor is what made the marked difference in the way my truck is running now, it wasn't running bad prior but it' s much smoother now but I also changed the spark plugs a and spark plug wires so at the very least, it's working as it should.

not like original. cann't use cover that goes over distributor. but still works.
