Works and sounds great (with headphones). Able to comfortably fit in an HDMI cable on the original 360 concurrently as intended and it recognizes it as an audio adapter. Only other noteworthy thing is that it does fit very tight into the port, so if you ever need to take it out, just be gentle rather than yanking it out.
