This is a great chipper for the average household and backyard. It tackles small branches and yard waste very well. It turns stuff that used to go in the bin, into some rather nice mulch. It's pretty quick and works really well on average materials. It's easy to set up and take down, clean up is easy too. I think it's a good value. You need to remember not to overload it or try to take on stuff that it just won't digest. You can't beat the ease of clearing your garden with this chipper at this price.

Blades lasted 1 day. Got 2.5 bags of mulch and now blades are too dull to cut!

This Westinghouse chipper/shredder is the perfect size for my small homestead.I ordered this wood chipper to help with yard debris, especially small branches from all of the recent storms.This wood chipper was super easy to assemble and is lightweight and portable.I love how easily it works and it shreds up even good sized branches into a beautiful mulch I can feed back to my soil.This unit is well built and seems like it will be durable. It's the same design I've seen online that was priced much higher, making this a good value for the money.This Westinghouse wood chipper is a great addition to any homestead.5 solid stars for sure.I hope this was helpful.

I'm doing a lot of clearing at a new property, and the yard waste bin is filling up fast. I thought about renting a wood chipper, but most of the branches I'm cutting down are less than 2". This costs less than the rental and should be able to handle 90% of my waste. And I'll still have it around to chip/shred/compost/mulch in the future. A name brand with a warranty at the same price of the imports, I thought I couldn't go wrong. We'll see how it holds up over the next week while I process all my yard waste.

Super Super easy to put together - 5 minutes and ready to rock and roll!!!!! I looked at all of the small chippers, priced from 109 to 200 - they are all identical - So I went with the name I trust - WESTINGHOUSEUpdate!!! Just used it - made quick work of a LOT of branches - take your time, enjoy the fresh air, and the chipper will give you all the mulch you'll ever need!!!
