Once you get one of these, you won’t want to go back. Stepping out of warm water into the cold air has never been easier. This is the only towel warmer I’ve ever had, so not sure if this is a universal issue for all brands, but it does seem to only heat in spots. Overall is still very nice.Has an automatic shutoff, so no threat of fire and you don’t have to remember to turn it off.

If you are buying this from Amazon UK — don’t! It doesn’t come with a UK plug and the product’s voltage not rated high enough to use even with a plug converter. Really disappointed but had to send back for this reason.

I wish there was a way to have a timed start or that it kept the towels warm longer than the first cycle of warming. Sometimes we are in the hot tub longer than this keeps the towels warm.

It works just as described and it’s a lot more spacious than I anticipated! Only complaint is that I wish the cord was longer for flexibility in location. We had to buy an extension cord.

I recently moved from Hawaii to Michigan, and even though it is summer time, the basement in my new home is pretty chilly all the time. My boys (and I) use this DAILY. It is certainly unnecessary, but I am so glad I bought it. People talk about small comforts, this is one of them.

This thing works really well, towel is pretty warm by the time you get out of the shower. If you want it really hot, put it in about 5 minutes before you get in the shower. Another cool feature is that it will shut itself off if you forget about it.

This is AMAZING. I use it for towels, blankets….socks before I go outside. The uses are unlimited! Use it to warm a blanket for a baby….that sweatshirt before going out in to the cold! I bought it for Christmas gifts last year .
