A set of ER32 collets from 1/6" to 13/16" by 1/32" is only 25 pieces. Metric collets cover the same range with fewer pieces. 25 (20 for metric) holes would have been enough. 35 is just a waste of drawer space. There's also a lot of unnecessary distance between holes. A 25 collet tray could fit in half the space that this one occupies. The holes are not molded to match the taper of an ER32 collet, so they sit in the organizer with a bit of slop. It's also a bit pricey for a molded plastic tray.That said, it does keep collets organized.

I used this to organize my ER32 collects, and it worked well. The tray is a good size and fits in the shorter drawer in my toolbox which is great. It feels fairly solid, with little to no flex when picked up. My one complaint is that the picture on the listing makes it appear the ER32 collects fit snugly in the holder. They do not. I assume this is due to trying to support a variety of collets but I was really hoping the ER32s wouldn't rattle around. They also sit further down in the hole than pictured which makes it slightly harder to grab them.Overall, though, I'd still recommend this holder as long as you understand its limitations. If you had SK2 and/or C32 collects in addition to ER32, it would be a perfect pick to keep them all together.
