Doesn't have diode that transfers power from 12v to 9v. Bike won't even start

This ignition switch will not work out of box or 954. CBR 954RRs have antitheft Zener diode soldered in the factory switch. This switch doesn't have it so you either need to desolder from old factory switch and solder into new switch or bypass it with another zener diode. Very frustrating , also while you're in there solder some thicker gauge wires onto the switch the wire gauge on this switch is way too thin. Second complaint is the gas cap sticks up about 1/8 of an inch when closed, hopefully the seal or spring break in and level it out. Truck lock worked fine. All in all, for the money if you just want new keys this is a cheap way to go if you're willing and able to fix the problems.

The ignition does not start the ecu to run the fuel pump there for the bike will not run it does how ever turn the lights on

All mechanical parts a way better fit than the other Chinese knockoffs that I got however it still required replacing the ignition with the stock lower and still haven't found one that's plug-and-play direct replacement on the wiring harness and this kit doesn't use some obscure key nobody can copy that's kind of nice to
