Figured I would post some pictures since the main photo shows the thing upside down. Guess the Chinese produce it but have no idea what it's for. Well worth $20 for being organized and having a nice dust cover.

I should have bought this long before I did. Makes collet changes much faster than digging through a box to find the right one. This one is mounted to the wall and to the left of my end mill and in easy reach.
