This border is self-adhesive, but worked really well as my borders. The only reason it’s not a 5 is because it is a bit thin, but looks great!

Very disappointed, I was looking forward to put this on my classroom but a huge sticker would not hold on for a long time.

Item is not bright as pictured its dull faded colors.Comes off bulletin board so you will need to staple if its that grey material board the ones in office buildingIts an adhesive piece not paper bulletin board.
