this was not a 9mm to 15mm adapter ad stated. it is in fact a 5mm to 15mm adapter with a 9mm shoulder. I will have to buy other parts to make this work, or just get the right part from someone else.

This is not a 15mm thru axle to 9mm QR adapter. You cannot use you 9mm QR pin with this item as stated. This is a 15mm to 5mm QR adapter with a 9mm shoulder on the adapter to fit your dropout. I had to purchase a 5mm QR skewer to make this work as I could not use my larger 9mm QR skewer.
