The wheel components are well made. The assembly was careless - the bearings were so tight that it was impossible to turn the wheel unless the axle was placed in a vise.

Was like illustrated and explained. Studs are too short to properly install training wheels, which are usually needed on this size of bike. My original one had longer studs to fit training wheels. Was a inexpensive fix to get the bike up and running again.
