The wheel is as described in the description not the title. This is not a quick release wheel but a bolt on. I really liked the machined rim brake surface. The graphic on the side which I don't think shows up in the picture very well looks pretty cool and is painted on. I have thoroughly abused these Wheels riding them over curbs with no discernible damage.
