I know they need to leave some clearance for the thickness of the anodizing when machining the threads, but there is a lot of wobble even when the two sides of the unit are screwed all the way together. (To be fair, I'm not sure if it was that way when I got it, or if the play happened over the course of a year of use.) The whole purpose of this unit is to eliminate creaks, but the wobble defeats that purpose.The Enduro angular contact bearings in it lasted just one year.
