I’ve been using the WS2 Upgraded Compressed Carbon Shower Filter, and it’s made such a noticeable difference! The water feels cleaner and gentler on my skin and hair, and I’ve definitely noticed less dryness and irritation after showers. The combination of the coconut carbon shell and the multi-stage filters really does the job of removing impurities and balancing the water.I was worried about water pressure being affected, but this filter keeps it strong and steady, which is a big plus. Knowing that it’s certified and uses safe materials gives me peace of mind too. Overall, this filter is an excellent addition to my bathroom, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a simple way to improve their shower water quality!

I've tried several different types of shower filters over the years, and this is by far the best I've ever found. I discovered this shower filter when I purchased the Wheelton Countertop Water Filter, and after reading how it is different from other brands (with the compressed carbon shell), I decided to try it, and I'm so glad I did.It immediately made the water feel silky, which is a common result of a good shower filter, but after just one use, there was another big difference. I no longer had the usual prickly feeling -- or feeling like I was being bitten -- after the shower. I had sort of gotten used to feeling a bit itchy here and there, and thought it was because of my clothing, but now I know it was the unhealthy city water (and the old water pipes) that affected my skin.This shower filter has surprised me, because it has made more of a difference than any other I've tried. I'm so happy that I no longer have to wonder if I'm on the brink of developing a skin condition, like eczema, or something like that. But I bet it would be a big help to those that did have a skin condition.I also noticed a wonderful difference (a softening) after shampooing my hair, and so I highly recommend this Wheelton shower filter.I've noticed other reviews had reported that it reduced the water flow, but in my shower, this didn't happen at all. I don't know why but the water pressure is still what it was before I installed it.Although it's more expensive than other 20-stage shower filters, to me it's totally worth it!

This is a good filter. It was easy to install. After installing the filter the speed of the shower reduced, which kind of is expected.

This is a good filter and I have noticed improvements in my skin'a health and appearence. It was easy to set up and doesn't leak. It's a bit bulky. Water flow has been visibly reduced, but that is to be expected with any filter.

Expect to change the filter every three months or so; you'll notice it decreases the water pressure when it's time to change it. I'm happy I can easily replace the filter without having to use tools.

This shower filter is very easy to install with minimal tools or even just by hand if your shower connections are not over tightened.I picked up this filter to install in the shower of our 5th wheel trailer. Loading up with water from many unknown sources at campgrounds and other various locations, it’s nice to know you have the added level of protection from a multitude of contaminants when taking a shower.When it comes to winterizing the trailer, with food grade antifreeze, this shower filter makes it a snap. By simply twisting the upper and lower portions of the filter, they can be separated in order to remove the actual filter cartridge. This is also, by the way, how easy it is to replace the cartridge, when that time comes. I am so pleased to see that replacement cartridges are readily available on Amazon as well.Once I’ve removed the cartridge and placed it aside, I simply twist the two halves back together and proceed with my winterization. When the weather is warm enough and there is no longer any chance of frozen water lines, I will flush and sanitize the entire system, after which I will reinstall the cartridge and we’ll be off to another camping season.The only real concern I have with the Upgraded Compressed Carbon Shower Filter is that I am unable to verify the actual contaminants and to what degree is being filtered out. Without having access to a lab or some sort of test strips these levels are unknown, likewise with other products of this nature.I like the thought that we are getting the best water possible to take showers in.
