The product itself is equally as good as the original part. But that is the problem. The original part is a poor design and the rubber fatigues and then rots over time. Get the $29 kit, instead, that replaces this grommet with a plastic drain tube.

Amazon tries to get you to buy this as part of a bundle with a drain tube to "save you money"... DON'T!The drain tube will fix the problem of your defroster backing up, and IT REPLACES THE GROMET.The grommets are prone to getting old, sticky, and plugging up. This new replacement will work fine but eventually it will fail.
