Excellent product, better than the OEM because it is a piece of stainless steel and the other was plastic with a foil sheet, the only thing that the original screws are a little shorter but with two 1 1/4 " I solve the screws problem.

The screw holes on the back of the handle did not match the screws on my microwave. Had to return it. I still haven't found the right handle for my Whirlpool microwave.

Arrived within the 2 days and fit perfectly. Since it doesn't have the black colored edge of the original which came loose and peeled off it is actually better than the original. Needed to use Utube video for directions on how to take door apart and install. A little complicated.

This handle is aluminum unlike the original which was plastic with aluminum foil. The foil on the original handle peeled off. This handle should be shipped with screws as the old ones will not fit. The replacements are #6 11/4, I got the size 8 and had a hell of a time making t fit, For the price of this item just buy a new over the stove microwave. It will be ultimately cheaper in the long run. This is what it has come to ...a throw away society because this handle isn't worth what their charging plus the cost of screws.

The flimsy plastic mount on the bottom of the door handle deteriorated and fell apart. Being forced to purchase the entire $80 handle is ridiculous. Both mounts should cost $12-15 and shipped as a pair. Caution - you literally have to strip the door down to the frame in order to get to mounting screws. Work slowly - some of the plastic is brittle.

Love mu new handle! The handle I purchased for my whirlpool microwave was a better handle than the one that originally came with the microwave. The only thing I would do is purchase the screws. We had to buy new ones that were longer.

Too expensive.This is a flawed design. The handle is for an over the range microwave. It's location is directly above a burner. Because of the heat the plastic components deteriorate.

Very disappointed in the Whirlpool item as it does not come with mounting hardware. The old hardware is not the same. The installation is not too difficult, but having to stop and run to the hardware store 2 times is frustrating.
